We define mindfulness as “the practice of attending to the present moment with awareness and compassion.”
So what if your present moment is filled with pain?
This 8-week class is designed to give you the skills to transform your relationship to pain, and is based on the pioneering work of Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Stress Reduction Clinic at the UMass Medical Center.
